J21-160G series open type fixed bed press

This type combines the advantages of open machine tools and closed ones. On the base of J21 machine type, the kinetic energy output is added. The crankshaft and the clutch have a strengthened rigidity. The front side of the body is added with a lifting pole that makes the opening of the frame to be closed. Reasonable design and excellent properties bring you convenient operation of open machine and stable rigidity of closed ones. It has got very strong working pressure and economical property price ratio.

JF21-80 strengthened open type fixed bed press

Areal high tension and deep extension press!

The body has an increased rigidity to resist angle distortion with a strength ≥1000kN. The height of gorge is 750mm. It is applicable for extruding and pressing long bar shaped parts and side-cutting, turning and forming of pipe and bulk shaped parts. The maximum slide block stroke can be 220 mm. It is replaceable of normal oil press. The operation is easy while the performance is good.
