Characteristic

●High rigidity steel frame structure, super large platform design, wonderful loading and pressing ability, small frame distortion are adequate for high precision pressing.

●Fine eight slide-block long rail guiding and high wearable self-lubricated complex guiding board eliminates completely eccentric displacement. High guiding precision extends the service life of the molds.

●The combined slide-block connection of the closing cabinet can absorb effectively high loading resistance of the connecting bar and reduces greatly noise and vibration. Direct-feed back hydraulic safety device can adjust the height of the slide block flexibly.

●The clutch and the braker of high-driving torsion and the exchange of pneumatic control and electromagnetic slide valve have sensitive action, stable connection, low noise and long service life. The slide block can stop at any position. It is easy and precise to adjust the molds.
